LifeHacker’s Five Best Note-Taking Tools
A summary of the top five applications for note-taking, as voted for by readers of LifeHacker was recently published.
The top five includes Evernote, a cross platform solution that is gaining popularity very quickly along side the old favorite favourite, pen and paper.
While the post itself is worth a read if you are looking for such software, the comments contain more recommendations which may prove to be as useful.
As a user of NoteBook by software developers Circus Ponies I would have thought that it was worthy of a mention, but alas not. If you are a Mac user and are looking for software to keep your notes and projects organized organised then do consider NoteBook. Unfortunately there is not a Windows version.
If you use different platforms, perhaps a Mac at work and a PC at home, then Evernote is a great solution.
